Sports Massage Association (SMA)
The SMA is a not-for-profit Professional Association run by elected members for benefit of the membership. Its role is to further the profession of Soft Tissue Therapy including Sports Massage through representation on industry bodies, by supporting its members and promoting the profession of Sports Massage to potential users.

REPs was developed to protect the public from ‘cowboy trainers’ who do not hold appropriate qualifications. As well as protecting the public, REPs was also established to recognise the qualifications and skills of exercise professionals.
